Aon is currently recruiting a Team Leader with responsibility for a team of consultants across Healthcare and Risk Benefits.

What the day will look like
The Team Leader will assume responsibility for ensuring consultants deliver appropriate advice which ensures good client outcomes and delivers great customer experiences.
They will be responsible for revenue and growth targets, adherence with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring their consultants act with integrity and in the best interests of our clients and the business and that the team is constantly striving to reach and surpass the highest possible standards.
Working with other colleagues within Aon Health, the Team Leader will ensure the delivery of consultancy and advisory services in the Healthcare and Risk Benefits arena to all suitable clients, ensuring maximum value for clients and optimum revenue for Aon.
Your impact as a Team Leader
- Ensure revenue targets are understood, accepted and allocated appropriately to consultants, working and training financial nominees as and when required.
- Provide Area Manager (and/or any member of the Health Executive) with clear monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts for your team.
- Conduct monthly team meetings and 121s, keeping client outcomes at the forefront of everyone’s thinking.
- Work with Client Leads, Strategic Consultants, Sales Consultants and Proposition Leads to ensure all opportunities are identified in order to deliver added value to clients within the portfolio using the full breadth of the Aon proposition and generate optimum revenue for Aon Health.
- Manage and develop colleague performance effectively in accordance with the Aon framework and all HR guidelines. Responsible for identifying and nurturing rising talent within sphere of control.
- Manage consultants to ensure they achieve all non-negotiables and adhere to all relevant AUKL policies and any other regulatory or internally mandated requirement.
- Work with other Managers and Team Leaders to ensure processes are applied consistently across Aon Health and effectively within team.
- Ensure a united approach is adopted within the local team, the rest of the Health business and colleagues across all product lines and relevant geographic territories.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that personal Aon IQ is developed and maintained.
- Positively and explicitly support all new Aon Health and other Aon initiatives to ensure consultants receive and effect change positively.
- Take responsibility for improving the diversity of our workforce in all recruitment and promotion activities and actively promote Aon’s stance on Diversity and Inclusion ensuring that colleagues act in a manner consistent with Aon values.
